STRATEGY INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE

STRATEGY INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE

Everything below exists so our 90-minute session can go deep instead of covering basics. Where you can, answer in your own words rather than marketing words — I’d rather hear how you actually talk about this.

BUSINESS

Thrilled Mama

01

Where the business is right now

The plain state of things, before goals or plans enter the picture.

In one or two sentences, how do you describe Thrilled Mama to a mother who’s never heard of it?

Your words, not your website’s.

How long have you been running it, and what’s changed most in the last year?

Include the changes that most affect your next step.

What’s working better than you expected right now?

A few honest notes are enough.

02 What you’re aiming at

Both strategic options get measured against these answers, so be specific where you can.

Twelve months from now, what has to be true for you to call this year a win?

Revenue, client count, hours worked, reach, reputation — whatever the real measure is.

And what has to be true in the next 90 days?

Keep it concrete enough that we can return to it.

03 What you sell

Every offer, including the ones you’ve stopped promoting but would still sell if someone asked.

List each offer: name, price, format, and roughly how long a client stays in it.

Include free and low-priced entry points, one-to-one work, groups, and memberships.

Which offer makes you the most money, and which one do you most enjoy delivering?

If they’re not the same offer, that’s worth knowing early.

04 The mother you want more of

Positioning lives or dies here, so this section is worth slowing down for.

Describe your best client — an actual person you’d want ten more of.

Her stage of life, why she said yes, and what changed for her.

What is she trying to fix when she comes to you?

Use her words, if you can remember them.

05 Where clients come from today

Which channels bring you real clients today, and which single source would hurt most to lose?

Referrals, community, email, Instagram, events, partnerships, search — whatever applies.

06 Your numbers

Share the numbers you know: list size, audience, website traffic, sales conversations, revenue, and current spend.

Estimates are fine. A rough number marked as rough is useful.

07 What you’ve already tried

What have you tried that worked — and what have you tried that didn’t?

Include anything you abandoned partway and why.

08 The others in your world

Who does your audience compare you to, and what can you say or do that they can’t?

Links or handles are ideal, but not required.

09 Your lines

What would you never do, regardless of how well it might perform?

This can include platforms, formats, imagery, language, visibility, or claims.

10 Budget and capacity

What monthly spend and weekly time can you realistically give to marketing?

Please give an honest number, not an aspirational one.

11 Access and assets

What existing platforms, tools, and materials should I know about?

Website, email platform, community, analytics, CRM, scheduling, payments, and useful content.

12 One last thing

When you get the final strategy, what has to be in it for this to feel worth doing?

Say it plainly. I’d rather aim at your actual answer than my assumption.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
